Find Your Center, Find Your Flow

Jargon-free flow sessions focused on intentional breath, energy, and pose. Easy to follow regardless of your experience or knowledge of yoga poses, muscles, and bones.

  • Energy Flow: Balance your elemental energy (doshas) for equilibrium.

Dynamic meditation and strength classes that guide you to connect with your breath and sensations without judgment. Then, transition into movement that gently increases range of motion and strength. Nurture your mind-body connection and build resilience. Whether you’re new to this work or deepening an existing practice, you’ll leave each class feeling more connected to yourself.

A Trauma-Informed, Bottom-Up Approach

Unlock therapy through movement. Somatic Activated Healing Method sessions are designed for trauma resolution and emotion release by starting with the body—not the brain. This powerful, bottom-up approach gives you direct access to shift how you react, feel, and think without reliving your stories. Tune into your body’s wisdom to claim control over your internal landscape and experience transformative change from the inside out.
